It will be constructed a complex which will consist from a factory of polypropylene manufacture by capacity of 400 thousand tons per year, polyethylene of low density - by 200 thousand tons one year, linear polyethylene of low density - 200 thousand tons one year and polyethilene of high density - 380 thousand tons one year.

Technologies for new manufacture will be given by Basell. Representatives of the company have confirmed this information and have added, that the contract on creation the joint venture with the government of Kazakhstan is already signed. Production will be issued under brands Basell.

The factory on release of polypropylene is planned to start in 2009. The beginning of export deliveries is planned to begin since 2012.
