SIBUR company plans to invest 1,9 billion rubles in development of processing polyvinyl chloride within the framework of creation the Russian center of processing PVC in Dzerzhinsk (the Nizhniy Novgorod region) by 2010.

Processing of PVC in Dzerzhinsk planned to organize in full scale by the moment of input by the SIBUR Holding a factory of PVC in Kstovsk area by 2010-2011.
