It is planned to construct a new factory on manufacture ethylene (400 thousand tons one year) and propylene (120 thousand tons one year) on Polymir. The wide spectrum of manufactures will be created also on the basis of these two kinds of raw material.

By present time the feasibility report for a choice of manufacturing technologies is ordered. In December 2007 - January, 2008 of the feasibility report should be developed.

Studies with China about deliveries of the equipment for a new complex are conducted. It is possible, that it can be completed with the Chinese equipment on 60 %, and the compressor and other complex equipment will be from the European manufactures.

For maintenance of work of a new complex with raw material the investor negotiates about Lukoil, Russneft and other Russian oil companies.
